Oils and Ghee

Ghee oil contains loads of saturated fats and some heart-friendly fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K. It has a high smoke point and because of the higher smoke point, cow ghee is the most suitable and safe oil for cooking against high temperature like baking, sautéing, slow cooking, deep-frying, roasting, etc. The high content of mono-unsaturated fats helps lower heart disease risks. The extra virgin olive oil is abundant in essential fatty acids and antioxidants which help in fighting free radicals, weight management, and inflammation. Lowers blood pressure and reduces breast cancer risks. Most of the fat present in ghee is saturated fat. It also contains cholesterol. Ghee is also rich in vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin K if the source of ghee is the milk from grass-fed cows. It also contains butyric acid.
